The 2023 edition of my annual STL 100 will publish April 2. This year’s STL 100 will mark a full return to its pre-pandemic form, including a ranked list of the top 25 restaurants.
The past three years have seen numerous changes to the St. Louis dining scene. Here is a tribute to former STL 100 nominees that have closed in that time. (When it was unclear whether a closure was temporary or permanent, I erred on the side of temporary and did not include the restaurant.)
