As we await the what Lake Saint Louis Farmers Market’s Matthew Kern calls the “produce avalanche” coming soon, we continue to celebrate spring at area farmers markets. You’ll find strawberries, peas, rhubarb, spinach, salad blends, head lettuce, romaine, microgreens, carrots, radishes, salad turnips and asparagus.
